This is a good example of a wine glass rack that you could make for even less than . Just go down to Home Depot, buy a couple dowels of the right width, drill holes using the same size as the dowel in a row down the center of another scrap piece of wood. Count the number of dowels that they have in that unit and cut that many dowels. Then glue the dowels into the rack. How long can that take? You might even have all of the materials in your back closet, if you're a handy man (I know that I do).

You'll find wire racks that can be screwed onto the tops of cabinets that hold everything from 6 to 18 glasses. Make sure that you measure your cabinets, first, to ensure that the rack will fit inside your cabinet before you actually go about purchasing the rack.
Also, make sure that you have all the tools that you'll need. You'll need to get a ruler so you can measure the center of your cabinet and determine how far from the back it will have to be mounted, a pencil, a screwdriver, screws of the right length so they won't go right through the cabinet wood into the next cabinet, a nail to punch a hole to start the screws and the rack.
So, whether you're handy and you can make things by yourself, or you'd much rather just pay and purchase a ready-made inexpensive Wine Glass Rack, then go for it.
